Recorded for the Crescent City Jam compilation B 97 FM -- the song was based on the driving safety film Signal 30 - it featured "charred corpses and bloody bodies abound in this classic highway safety film" frequently shown in high school classes.


We learned a lot about hit and run, motorized vehicles can be fun, many people end up dead because they didn't see the light turn red

The Lenny Zenith Band - N.O. New Orleans, Louisiana

Lenny Zenith was a fixture on the New Orleans Punk and New-Wave scene back in the day - his bands have appeared at several Jazz Festivals and opened for headlining bands as diverse as XTC, Gun Club, Stevie Ray Vaughn and U2.

The Lenny Zenith band includes members from his past bands, Rick Nick from RZA and Gary Parky from Pop Combo. Carlo Nuccio rounds out the combo on drums.
